Located beside Skopje City Park, Skopje Zoo is one of the city’s most popular family attractions. Founded in 1926, the zoo now covers around 12 hectares and is home to a diverse collection of mammals, birds and reptiles. Visitors can see animals including lions, giraffes, elephants, zebras, penguins and flamingos, while younger guests can also enjoy the Baby Zoo and nearby Dino Park. It combines easily with a walk through City Park for a relaxed half-day outing.
Open 365 days a year, with seasonal opening hours. The zoo currently lists standard admission at 80 MKD, with free entry for children under 3.
